What kind of software do you build?

Web apps that run in the browser on phones, tablets and computers: estimating and bidding, invoicing and payments, customer and staff portals, scheduling, reporting, and the glue between tools you already use, like Housecall Pro, Stripe and Google Sheets. If your team does it by hand today, we can probably help.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, and you'll know the price before we start. After a short conversation we send a written quote in plain English. Because we build only what you'll actually use, projects are sized for small and mid-sized budgets.

How long does it take?

A focused tool is often in your hands within a few weeks, and you'll try working pieces well before that. After launch, small changes often take days rather than months.

What happens when I need a change?

Send us a message. Small requests are usually quick. Bigger ones get a short written estimate first, so there are never surprises on the bill.

Do I have to replace the software I already use?

Usually not. Our software can work alongside your existing tools and send information to them, the way Housecall Accelerator sends estimates into Housecall Pro.

Is my data safe?

Our apps use encrypted connections and secure sign-in, with two-step sign-in where it matters. Your data stays yours, and you can export it whenever you want.

Do you only work with businesses in Virginia?

No. We're based in Forest, Virginia and happy to meet in person nearby, but we work with businesses anywhere by video call, phone and email.

06about the name

A solid foundation, with something light on top.

Belovidovo is named for the whitewashed houses of Zlatograd, Bulgaria: a stone ground floor, and above it a white upper floor that reaches out on wooden brackets, under a low terracotta roof. Our logo is one of those houses, drawn as a B.

It's how we think about software, too. Start with something sturdy and unfussy underneath, then build something light and genuinely useful on top.

Belovidovo was founded by Hans Andersen and is based in Forest, Virginia. We're small on purpose. Small means we answer the phone, remember your business, and can move quickly when you need us to.
